Bogus Cache?

What is the deal with this Rocket100 guy? Well, I'm assuming it's a guy. Someone who has no profile, has recorded no cache finds, appears on the scene, placing a 'cache' ... just seems creepy and dangerous to me. I'll be watching to see what happens, but I, like several others, are in no hurry to be the first person to the hunt.

I pray there isn't some nut case out there trying to cause drama.
